Ciandra Franklin FL Ambassador
Navigating life with lupus made it clear how much work there was to be done. I knew I wanted to be a part of getting that work done, but I did not know where to start. Becoming an ambassador gave me direction. This program provided me with clear actionable steps, the support of an amazing team, and valuable resources that allowed me to be of service while also expanding my knowledge of lupus and the lupus community. It has been amazing to learn how to use my story to make a difference and contribute meaningfully to a cause that is so important to me!

The LFA Ambassador Program is a special opportunity for individuals who are passionate about raising lupus awareness and supporting the Lupus Foundation of America’s mission in their communities. Ambassadors are nominated based on their past and current involvement with the organization and their demonstrated commitment to making a difference. Whether they’ve shared their story, volunteered, participated in events, or advocated for change, ambassadors are trusted voices and leaders in the lupus community.  As a representative of the LFA, each ambassador helps amplify our mission by sharing accurate information and personal stories to increase awareness, supporting local and national LFA initiatives, encouraging others to get involved and find resources and being a positive, trusted presence in online and offline spaces.

Want to help support LFA’s mission?
