The Lupus & You: Empowerment Conference is an experience that celebrates, inspires, supports, and uplifts lupus warriors, care partners, family, and friends. The event is designed to empower attendees through expert-led sessions that will help them better navigate a life with lupus and make meaningful connections with other attendees that will last far beyond the day’s event.

• 9:50am Lupus Today: Breakthroughs & Thriving Strategies - An overview of the latest research and current understanding of lupus, including new developments in treatments and insights into its underlying causes. This session will also offer practical guidance to help people living with lupus stay healthy and manage their symptoms effectively.
• 10:30am The Real Talk: Living with Lupus - An open, honest panel discussion where people living with lupus and those that love them share their real experiences. Through direct questions and open discussion, this session creates a space for unfiltered conversations about what it truly means to live with lupus and a shared strength, so you leave feeling seen, heard, and less alone in your journey.

• 11:55am Your Journey. Our Power. One Community. - An overview of programs and resources designed to support and empower those impacted by lupus. This session will provide practical tools and information to help you stay engaged with LFA and the lupus community.
• 12:00pm North Florida Community Meet & Greet - Connect with other lupus warriors and caregivers in your community, share stories, enjoy networking and photo opportunities, and discover how you can get more involved and make a mission moving impact.
