The Lupus Foundation of America’s Men on a Mission™ philanthropic competition is inspired by the men supporting their loved ones who are battling lupus every day.
Men on a Mission is an exclusive group of dedicated and passionate leaders who want to use their influence and commitment to raise awareness and critical funds in support of the Lupus Foundation of America’s tireless work to end lupus.
Meet the 2026 Men on a MissionLupus affects families - not just the person diagnosed. While 90% of people living with lupus are women, the men in their lives are fighting alongside them. Men on a Mission is a platform for the fathers, sons, brothers and partners to champion their loved ones and improve the future of everyone living with lupus.
Candidates participating in this 8-week philanthropic competition commit to raising a minimum of $5,000 in support of the Lupus Foundation of America’s mission and in honor of their loved ones.
The candidate who raises the most funds during this year's 8-week campaign is named the “Men on a Mission Top Fundraiser” and recognized at the Lupus Foundation of America's 2026 Evelyn V. Hess Reception hosted by our National Board of Directors.
