Lupus Warriors are now able to apply for immediate financial support in the amount of $100 through 12/31.
How It Works
In memory of LFA Florida Board Member, Ivy Shapiro, and thanks to some incredibly giving individuals, Lupus Warriors are now able to apply for immediate financial support in the amount of $100.
The following are required in order to receive funding:
- A primary resident of Florida
- Having been diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) or Discoid Lupus (DE)
Ready to Apply?
Applicants can use the funding for basic needs like groceries, rent/mortgage payments, prescriptions, medical bills, and more.
Please complete the form below in its entirety and submit any required supporting documents if you are requesting $100 from the Warrior's Heart Holiday Fund. Funding is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited funds are available.
If you receive a grant, checks will be mailed out in January 2021.
Please keep in mind that once you start your application, you are able to save your progress for up to 10 days.
The Warrior's Heart Fund has received an overwhelming amount of applications and, as a result, the holiday emergency grant has reached capacity, We will continue to seek funding to be able to provide grants for as many as possible. Grantees will receive notification and awards in January 2021.
