I was diagnosed in 2006, and had never had symptoms until May 2023 when I woke up on life support. I had to be intubated due to not being able to breathe on my own. Shortly after I recovered from that I had fluid in my heart. Since then I've been put on like 20 medications and I'm always extremely tired and scared for my life.
