I’m honoring my wife today not only on this day but every day. I’m always thankful for having her in my life. After she got hit with Covid it made her Lupus unbearable to live with. She spent 10 days in the hospital and one month recovering at her brother’s home. She lost all her hair and dropped tremendous amount of weight. I thank God every day that she is still here with us. I’m honoring my daughter LaQuintia who passed away 6 years ago from Lupus. LaQuintia left behind a son who 2 at the time she passed away. Harlem is now 8 and he has been a true blessing to my life since my daughter's passing. There is not a day that goes by I don’t think of her. To My Late Husband, Your love was so genuine and warm. You stressed how you sometimes felt like you didn’t know what to do to help me during my roughest times. I replied “just hold me and tell me you love me”. He never failed to do just that with his big, warm, strong hands and arms. So very comforting. I miss you so much.
