LFA Statement on Administration’s Proposed International Pricing Index Model
The Lupus Foundation of America supports efforts to lower patient out of pocket costs in Medicare Part B, which provides people with lupus access to the only drug approved to treat the disease. However, we are deeply concerned that the Administration’s proposed changes to Part B may limit patient access to current and future therapies. The Foundation will continue to evaluate the proposal with the goal of ensuring people with lupus who rely on Medicare Part B have access to the therapies they need to fight this disease.
