These educational seminars are our signature educational events. Each seminar brings together people living with lupus, their families, interested health professionals and a panel of experts to share the latest information and resources to help individuals live well - or better - with lupus. A support group is a self-help group, composed of people with lupus along with their family members and friends who gather periodically to share common concerns. Support groups are a place to be yourself, facilitated by positive and empowering leaders who are in your corner! We offer meetings in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
LupusConnect™ is an online lupus community where individuals with lupus and their loved ones can engage with others like them to share experiences. It’s an easy-to-use, online platform that encourages its community members to ask questions, reply to posts and read about others' experiences in a safe and comforting community.

SELF is a free online self-management program designed to help people with lupus live their best life. SELF can be your virtual coach to help you manage lupus symptoms, manage stress, manage medications, and work with your health care team.
Take Charge is a weekly education email series for people with lupus, including those recently diagnosed. Each week for 12 weeks, you'll get an email from our Health Educators with tips and resources that can empower you to take charge of your health.
