Hello, my name is Rafael. I'm 26 years old and I recently discovered that I have Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Before my diagnosis of lupus, it took a long time and because I’m a man, the doctors didn’t suspect it but this year the diagnosis was confirmed. I feel very fatigued, and was treated with immunosuppressants among other medications. I can say that it is possible to live well despite lupus.
