In this clinical trial, researchers are studying the T cell engager, CLN-978, as a potential treatment for people with active moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and have not responded well to at least two previous treatments.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CNTY-101, an investigational “off-the-shelf” CAR NK-cell therapy, in participants with refractory B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases, including those with moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and lupus nephritis (LN, lupus-related kidney disease).
As many as half of all adults living with lupus have kidney disease related to their lupus. This condition, called lupus nephritis, can worsen over time and may lead to kidney failure. Studies like the Ntrust-1 study are designed to assess the safety and activity of a new investigational therapy.
The GLEAM study is looking at a new investigational drug, IMVT-1402*, to help people with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE), also known as skin lupus, manage their symptoms, and as a result, gain a better quality of life.
