As I reflect on my journey with lupus, I'm reminded of the unexpected twists and turns that have shaped my path. It began with a trifecta of symptoms - daily headaches, unexplained weight loss, and fleeting episodes of blurred vision. Little did I know, these subtle signs would ultimately lead to a diagnosis that would forever change my life. 

Three months after being diagnosed, I faced a daunting challenge: three small strokes that left a lasting impact on my vision. Despite the setbacks, I've been blessed to maintain a strong sense of gratitude and resilience. Through it all, I've been fortunate to continue working, allowing me to stay engaged and focused on the things that bring me joy. As I look back, I'm reminded that even in the darkest moments, there is always hope and always something to be thankful for.
