Hello my name is Priyanka. My lupus story actually started in 2014 when I was pursuing my diploma. Initially when I was receiving treatment I was told it was tuberculosis. Even doctors didn't recognize the problem.
After completing my diploma from Punjab, I moved to Jaipur – then the problems increased. I used to feel pain all night, it was becoming very difficult to me. Then I started receiving treatment from a popular hospital in Jaipur where I was first told I have lupus. Although I was happy to know the real problem I have, after having 3 years of treatment from there I was not feeling good at all. So, as suggested by my friend, I moved to a different center for my treatment. Currently my treatment is going well, but I have accepted this as part of my life. I am now a successful computer engineer.
