In this clinical trial, researchers are studying the T cell engager, CLN-978, as a potential treatment for people with active moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and have not responded well to at least two previous treatments.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CNTY-101, an investigational “off-the-shelf” CAR NK-cell therapy, in participants with refractory B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases, including those with moderate to severe systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and lupus nephritis (LN, lupus-related kidney disease).
