My brother Marco is one of the most important people in my life. We grow together, we study at the same school and we have the same passion for photography. This story began almost 13 years ago when our mother died from cancer. He was the little guy in the family and he was close to my mom, so he felt awful. After that, he was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. He started to take some medicines, so we continued with our life.
After my mother died other family members passed away and the last person that died was my grandma. She was our second mom after my mother died and that affected my brother. That was a year ago, so I pushed him because he almost graduated from university. I'm so proud of him because me and my old brother couldn't finish university so we were happy for him.
When he started to feel bad he started to visit the doctor and they said nobody knew what my brother had. After he was in the hospital they found out that he had lupus. His kidneys and lungs started to fail. He entered the hospital on October 23rd, 2018 and he is still in the hospital. We don't have enough money but GOD would never forget us, I know that GOD loves us and he will do the miracle on my brother and he believes. We are with him all the time to support him and love him. If you have a family member with these kinds of symptoms support them. If you’re strong you can survive and tell your story God bless you.
This story was submitted on November 29, 2018. Marco passed away on December 3, 2018.
