Did you know that 73% of Americans, ages 18-34, those most at risk for the disease, have never heard of lupus or know little or nothing about lupus beyond the name? We need more people to understand the importance of lupus and will be conducting activities this month to spread awareness and raise funds for much-needed research.Learn more
We are pleased to report that we have received a PHL COVID-19 Fund Grant, a collaboration between the Philadelphia Foundation, the City of Philadelphia, and the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. This grant will be administered through the Guggenheim Grant-In-Aid program which was established to provide limited financial assistance for special or emergency needs for individuals with lupus.More here
