LFA Comments on Administration’s Proposed Rule on Medicare Part B
The Lupus Foundation of America recently submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ proposed rule on Medicare Part B. The Foundation believes strongly in continuously monitoring and revising the U.S. healthcare system to ensure it provides high-value, high-quality care for people with lupus and all Americans. However, we believe that this rule's proposed changes to Medicare Part B, which provides people with lupus access to the only drug approved specifically to treat the disease, may limit patient access to current and future therapies.
