This one-day retreat is designed to help young women with lupus navigate the transitions ahead from managing work, school, finances, and relationships while living an active, engaged life.

Young women living with lupus often feel isolated, out of step, judged, lonely, or misunderstood—and that’s on top of dealing with the unpredictable symptoms of  the disease. They face the pressure of trying to seem like they are fine to family, friends and co-workers; even when they are not.

This one-day retreat is designed to help young women with lupus navigate the transitions ahead from managing work, school, finances, and relationships while living an active, engaged life. You will meet other young women living with lupus and together gain knowledge and support as you live well with lupus though college, career, dating, family or whatever the future holds.
