Kentucky Service Area
The Lupus Foundation of America, Mid-South Chapter offers support groups in Kentucky. The philosophy of LFA support groups is to provide a warm and caring environment where people with lupus, their family members, caregivers, and loved ones can share their experiences, methods of coping, and insights to living with this chronic disease.
Each support group includes an LFA certified and trained leader, a specific meeting date on a monthly basis, a confidential sharing environment, and informational material about lupus. Our support groups are a self-help group where those living with lupus can come together to be themselves and receive educational materials by using community resources.
If you are interested in joining a group or beginning a group in your area, please contact our office through our toll free number at 877-865-8787 or by sending your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Support leader training is available.
