Providing Answers, Support and Hope in Indiana
This is my chapter   |

Matching Gifts

Many companies will match donations made by employees and retirees to eligible charitable organizations, like the Lupus Foundation of America, Indiana Chapter.  Many employers match contributions made by their employees to qualifying charitable organizations. Contact your personnel or community relations department for a copy of the matching gift form. Complete this form and include it with your donation. The LFA will fill in the required verification information and mail the form to the appropriate company contact.

Workplace Giving

Does your employer have a Workplace Giving campaign?  Fall is the time of year when many employers provide their employees with the opportunity to donate to their charity of choice through payroll deductions.

Are you a Federal, Postal, Military or IN State employee? Support the Lupus Foundation of America, Indiana Chapter through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC Agency #43550), or State of Indiana Employees’ Community Campaign (Agency #053300).

Many private companies and individuals support the United Way each year. Did you know that you can "designate" your United Way contribution to LFA, Indiana Chapter as a write-in?

Lupus Foundation of America, Indiana Chapter is a member organization of Community Health Charities (CHC) of Indiana. Our CFC code is 43550. Community Health Charities is a federation of America's premier health organization that have joined together to raise charitable contributions in the workplace. CHC partners with many private mid-sized and large employers in Indiana, providing their employees with more giving choices and say in how their valuable donation is utilized.  Questions? Email
