Our gentle yoga and mindful meditation classes are Facebook Live events that occur as follows:
2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month - Gentle yoga
3rd Tuesday of the month - Mindful meditation
Most of the classes are done on a yoga mat on the floor but can typically be done as seated/chair supported so that you can participate at your level of comfort.
Classes are scheduled from 7:00-7:45 pm. Please visit our Chapter Facebook page to participate. If this time isn't convenient for you, no worries - you can always access the videos in the Videos section of our Facebook page to watch at your convenience!

LaDonna Goshow is a yoga instructor, reiki master and life coach. She has taken her 10 years working with families as a Family Support Specialist, her background as an artist and a vocalist, her love of creativity, movement and dance, and let it lead her to including the body and spirit with the mind in the process of health and healing. LaDonna went on to receive her 500-hour yoga certification, learning about ancient healing practices and therapeutic yoga along the way. Her 2014 certification in Life Coaching and Reiki Master Certification gives LaDonna a well-rounded and grounded alternative treatment for recovery and healing, as well as tools for aligning with personal, relational or career intentions. Her belief in the resilience of the human spirit and strength-based approach creates a safe space to heal, to just be, and for personal transformation.
