Learn MoreAssistance program for people with lupus who need help with their most crucial needs that cannot be met through other community resources.
Learn MorePeople with lupus may not be able to share with family and friends just how difficult it can be to live with the day-to-day struggles of a chronic illness such as lupus. Sharing their stories and experiences, openly and honestly with others “who have been there,” can help decrease a sense of isolation and helplessness, and promote a renewed sense of well-being. Many lifestyle adjustments are often necessary to live successfully with lupus. The exchange of information in a support group can help members process this change.
Learn More We are very excited to be able to offer Facebook Live gentle yoga and mindful meditation classes. These classes are free and accessible to anyone with access to Facebook.
Based upon the 'In the Loop - Healthy Living with Lupus’ symposium feedback, these educational opportunities have been a great success. Check out the resources available from these events! Our Chapter also offers monthly 'Let's Talk About It' webinars on topics related to living well with lupus. See the schedule or watch/listen to past recordings. We also offer educational materials that we'd be happy to send to you.
