Support Groups

Support Groups provide resources, information and a sympathetic ear to those who have been affected by lupus in a caring and supportive environment. Receive a welcome packet at your first meeting with lots of resources and information.

The Indiana Chapter provides "Living with Lupus" support groups around the state and by phone. Learn more about meeting dates, times and locations or call 800.948.8806.

Wellness Classes

We are very excited to be able to offer free gentle yoga and tai chi classes for people with lupus and one caregiver or support person. This is seated/chair-supported yoga, but attendees are welcome to bring a yoga mat to do exercises on the floor. Our mindful meditation classes are free Facebook Live events making them accessible to anyone with access to Facebook.

Yoga and tai chi classes are held at All Souls Unitarian Church, 5805 E. 56th St., Classroom #1, Indianapolis 46226. If you teach yoga or tai chi and would be interested in partnering with us to bring classes to other locations, please contact Debbie Campbell ([email protected]).
