You are not alone. Connect in person or online with others affected by lupus.
In-Person Support Groups
People with lupus often feel alone with their disease and the everyday struggles that the disease brings to their lives. Heartland Chapter support groups provide a warm and caring environment where people with lupus, their family members, caregivers and loved ones can share their experiences, methods of coping and insights into living with this chronic illness. Knowing that others share this journey offers comfort and reassurance.
Our in-person support groups encourage and accept people as they are and provide a comfortable learning environment to help attendees develop the best coping strategies to reduce stress that often accompanies living with lupus. If this is your first time attending our support group, please contact us first to confirm your attendance 314-644-2222 or 800-958-7876.
PLEASE NOTE: The St. Louis Support Group will NOT MEET in December.
