St. Louis Creative Community Comes Together to Raise Money for Lupus Research & Support

ST. LOUIS – Balls will be thrown, headbands will be worn and egos will be shattered – all in good fun for a worthy cause – when approximately 200 players from the St. Louis creative community battle on Washington Ave. on Friday, May 4, during the fourth annual We Are Alexander Dodgeball Tournament benefitting the Lupus Foundation of America, Heartland Chapter.

The tournament kicks off at 3 p.m. on a 64-by-40-foot dodgeball court set up in the middle of Washington Ave. at 13th Street, where 20 teams from St. Louis-area marketing communications firms will compete for the title, bragging rights and a giant spoon trophy. Tournament proceeds will benefit the Lupus Foundation of America, and players and spectators also can participate in raffle drawings throughout the event to support the cause.
