Walk: Let Your Strength Radiate

The temperatures may be below freezing, but we’re warm inside dreaming of our Spring 2016 Walk to End to Lupus Now™ events. Registering early gives you a head start in your fundraising, and if you raise $100 or more, you’ll receive a t-shirt designed by Sarah Schrantz, who you voted the winner of our contest by an overwhelming margin. Sarah is a graphic designer living in Los Angeles who has a close friend with lupus.

“I’ve watched him struggle with lupus over the years,” Sarah said. “I wanted to show people that your own strength and power is radiating. It rubs off on other people and inspires them to come together.”

That idea is reflected in Sarah’s t-shirt design and we can’t wait to see it on people all across the country. Join Sarah and sign up for a Walk event this year to “find your own power to fight lupus.”

Whether you’ve been involved for years or will be participating for the first time, these events are an incredible way to experience firsthand the power of the movement to end lupus. Register to walk today and Discover Your Power by raising funds that make a difference in the lives of those affected by lupus.

Create your own personal fundraising page to send to your friends, family and colleagues. Begin by inviting 10 people to donate $10 and you will be at $100 in no time. It’s just that easy!

Go to walktoendlupusnow.org to find an event near you and register now.
