Make a Resolution to Help Find a Cure for Lupus

Planned Giving, Wills and Bequests

You can support the LFA, Wisconsin Chapter beyond your lifetime by including a gift to the LFA in your will.  To make a bequest of cash to the Lupus Foundation of America, Wisconsin Chapter, your will (or supplemental codicil, if you do not wish to write a new will), should state:

"I give and bequeath to the Lupus Foundation of America, Wisconsin Chapter, Inc., a non-profit corporation with Federal ID # 39-1620195, having its principal office at 2600 N. Mayfair Rd., Suite 320, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53226, or its successor, (Option 1) the sum of $______, (Option 2)_______percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, to be used for general unrestricted purposes of the orgainization."
