Programs and Services

Support Groups – There are 10 monthly meetings held statewide. Patients and their families can discuss methods of coping and receive new insights into living with chronic illness. Click here for a list.

Physician Referral List – A healthcare provider resource list with licensed, board certified rheumatologists for Oklahoma. Click here for a list.

Educational Programs – Regularly held statewide seminars and symposiums on various topics. Topics include Social Security Disability, General Lupus Information, How to find the right doctor, How to Cope with Chronic Illness.

Community Outreach Events – We participate in health fairs and seminars around the state to help spread the word about lupus.

Annual Walk – Walk for Lupus Now is help every year, not only to raise funds but to raise awareness.

Quarterly Newsletter and Magazine – The national “Lupus Now” is published 3 times a year and the chapter newsletter “Lupus Watch” is published quarterly. They contain current research and treatments, lupus stories and helpful information on how to manage living with lupus.

Free Brochures and Literature – Brochures and articles are available to individuals who want to be educated on symptoms, treatment and management of lupus.

All programs and services are available free of charge to members.
