Robbyn Cleghorn Memorial Fund 
 
A memorial fund has been established by the family of Robbyn Cleghorn of Palestine, Texas who passed away on December 17, 2012. Robbyn supported the LFA, North Texas Chapter through her participation in the Walk to Fight Lupus.The family requests donations to the LFA, North Texas Chapter in lieu of flowers.

Memorials/Honorariums

Memorial contributions are a meaningful way to honor the memory of a loved one.  Another significant way to contribute is in honor of a special person.  We will send a note to your Honoree indicating you have made a gift in his/her honor. 

Fill out the bottom of this Memorial/Honorarium Form (PDF) and mail it to our office, or you create your own fundraising page, indicating the donation is in Memory or in Honor of... go to Create Memorial/Honorarium Page.

Matching Gift Programs

Many corporations have a Matching Gift Program, download this form to see if your company is listed, or visit the HR Department to process your gift.  Let us know if we need to verify your gift so it can be doubled or tripled.

Kroger and Tom Thumb will donate 1% of your sales to our Chapter. You can print the Kroger's Neighbor to Neighbor Program form by going to the link below and take it to your Kroger store next time you make a purchase.
