Making an offline donation to the LFA Memphis Chapter is simple. First, you will need to download and complete the Offline Donation Form (PDF).

Mailing a Donation

Download and complete the LFA Memphis Chapter Offline Donation Form. Make sure the attached check is made payable to "Lupus Foundation of America, Memphis Area Chapter." Checks should be mailed directly to the LFA Memphis Chapter donation processing center, located here:
