Gifts of marketable stocks or mutual fund shares that have appreciated (increased in value) can have an immediate impact on the Georgia Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America and also create an immediate income tax deduction for you based on the assets' current value. As there is no capital gains tax when you make the gift, you save on taxes twice. For more information, please contact our financial specialist, Jeff Shoup, who manages our nonprofit account donated by Smith Barney. The pro bono services of Smith Barney ensures 100% of the value of any stock donation benefits the Georgia Chapter. Your gift of stock can also be matched by your company's matching gift program if applicable.

Charity for Auto Donations is a non-profit organization that helps raise funds for non-profits through the sale of donated vehicles. You can donate your car, truck, boat, trailer, motor home or RV. Charity Auto Donations will pick up anywhere in Georgia and Alabama. They will pick up your vehicle and donate the proceeds of its sale to The Lupus Foundation of America, Georgia Chapter. You receive an IRS tax deduction for your donation.
