Catherine Lamphier Scholarship Fund 
The Catherine Lamphier Scholarship Fund (CLSF) has been established by the Arizona Chapter of the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc. (LFA, Arizona Chapter) for the purpose of aiding students who have been diagnosed with lupus.  Scholarships are awarded in the amount of $1,000. once per year.  If you are interested in applying or think you may qualify for this scholarship, please download the application here.

Social Support Group
Physicians for Patients is an online version of a social support group for those living with lupus, their families, and their supporters. The forum is physician moderated and allows the users to interact with each other; as well as, with our physician specialist (at no cost).  The physician moderator is Dr. Joe Shanahan.  He is a graduate of Brown University -completing his specialty training in rheumatology at Duke University School of Medicine, where he still remains as faculty.  Dr. Shanahan is present on the forum to help answer questions and encourage discussion.

Blog for Lupus
Blog for Lupus.  Cyclist Geoff Thomas is living with lupus in Australia.  He was diagnosed with cutaneous lupus in 2003 after cycling across Australia.  But the sun didn't affect him, though stress did.  However, he wasn't suffering like millions with SLE lupus.  So he cycled 9018 miles around America to raise awareness for lupus, while representing The Lupus Foundation of America and The Alliance for Lupus Research.  He's now writing about his journey and is passionate about raising awareness for lupus worldwide.  Please contact or email Geoff to tell you lupus story from anywhere in the world.  "For everyone with lupus around the world despite our color, race, religion or where we live - we're all in this together."

The Partnership for Prescription Assistance brings together America's pharmaceutical companies, doctors, other health care providers, patient advocacy organizations and community groups to help qualifying patients who lack prescription coverage get the medicines they need through the public or private program that's right for them. Many will get them free or nearly free.

Together Rx
A FREE prescription-savings card for eligible residents of the United States and Puerto Rico who have no prescription drug coverage.  A public service program created and sponsored by a group of some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.

RXAssist - Patient Assistance Center
RxAssist offers a comprehensive database of these patient assistance programs, as well as practical tools, news, and articles so that health care professionals and patients can find the information they need.

RxHope
RxHope is the only patient assistance Internet initiative financially supported by PhRMA (Pharmaceutical and Research Manufacturers of America) and participating pharmaceutical companies.

NeedyMeds provides information for people who need help with the cost of medicine and other health care expenses.

Wal-Mart Prescriptions
