How can Navigators help me enroll in the Marketplace?

Navigators are trained specialists funded by federal and state grant programs who can answer detailed questions about the Health Insurance Marketplace to include:

  • The Health Insurance Marketplace in a specific state
  • The availability of subsidies to help pay for premiums
  • The process for selecting a health insurance plan
  • The enrollment process for the Marketplace

Navigators can help you learn more about plans offered through the Marketplace in your state and how to enroll.  Other specialists such as in-person assistance personnel, certified application counselors, and agents/brokers are available to help as well.
