Annual Meeting 2008

Join the LFA Thursday, July 24 through Saturday, July 26, in San Antonio, Texas for the 31st Annual Meeting and Leadership Institute Conference, the premier learning center for the volunteer and staff leadership. This year’s meeting includes a spotlight on the basics necessary to grow our Chapters to meet the increasing needs of the lupus population. Learn from Chapter colleagues from throughout the Chapter network. Be there as we combine the strength of our mission with the knowledge of the tools of good governance!

LFA chapter boards and staff must balance new opportunities and growing needs with the increased demands of scrutiny and accountability. Our Boards are transitioning from a focus on routine tasks and day-to-day operations to a fully governing mode -- resulting in better governed Chapters.

Who Should Attend

Are you involved in the governance and leadership for your chapter? If so, you need to be at the Annual Meeting and Leadership Institute Conference! Attendees include current and newly elected chapter Board Chairs, Board Officers, Board Members; and CEOs and senior staff.
