Congrats to the 2013 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Lupus Charity Runners!
On Sunday, October 13, over 40,000 people participated in the Bank of America, Chicago Marathon. Of those, 34 represented the LFAI as Lupus Charity Runners.
For most Lupus Charity Runners, the marathon is the result of months of training as well as sharing their stories of personal lupus connection with friends and family as they seek donations to support their efforts.
Many runners are motivated to run because of deep personal connections to lupus. The LFAI provides them a fundraising webpage to share their stories and accept donations.
Congratulations to the 2013 Bank of America Chicago Marathon Lupus Charity Runners Team!
