LFACT honored to win the Bright Idea Leadership Award
The resounding success of our 40 Years, 40 Lives documentary has caught the attention of lupus patients around the world!
Recently, the Lupus Foundation of America, Connecticut Chapter won the Bright Idea Leadership Award during our annual national meeting in Washington, DC. This annual meeting brings all Lupus Foundation of America chapters to our nation's capitol to discuss where our chapters have been, and where they are going.
To be honored with such an amazing award is a true testament to the hard work of all our staff members, volunteers, and interns.
Congratulations and sincere thanks to everyone involved in the development of this documentary, including all the lupus patients who took the time to give their emotional interviews, Namebreaker's Steven Roberge for producing the documentary, and Corrianne Gagliardi for making everything possible!
